Guess what Norman (hubby) and I have been up to? Well, instead of our usual gallivanting and out-right partying (hah, yeah right), we decided that this holiday is the perfect time to do some Home Renovations. Of Course!! What a great way to start off the year (just a little bit of sarcasm leaking through)

Just kidding. We stripped of the linoleum (what a painful job)....
Laid down sub-flooring for stabilization. Notice the screws that had to be put in. Sigh, my poor back still aches from all that bending over.
Laid down some tiles....
Still a little more to go. I guess we'll be back to normal in a day or two.....
We're a fun bunch, this Dack family :)

How inspiring! I've been painting my living room today and needed a break. Followed you over from Wardrobe Refashion (welcome, btw), realized I had been here for your crayon roll tutorial, and am excited to have re-found you. Good luck with the rest of the kitchen!
