Do you have a marinade that you can whip up blindfolded (oh well, almost), goes on anything, and can take minor tweekings, and still take delicious?
Well, this is mine:
Soy 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Honey 1 to 2 Tbs
Garlic powder 1/2 to1 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 to1 tsp
Yeah, I know... what's with the x to y measurements? Well, to be honest, I don't measure exactly. I always just guesstimate the amounts. Sometimes, I add some rice vinegar. Other times, some chilli flakes.
